I’ve found myself a bit disenchanted with Tumblr this week. No new tumblrs have really POPPED out at me.
Till now. Introducing the flyingscotsman:
The first blog to draw my cursor over to that follow button in a while.
He had me at scottish (there is no depth to my shallowness)… he cemented the follow at ‘baby fight club’.

Tumblr Crushes:
- pleatedjeans -I have recommended Jeff before and I will again. Legendary, both of his blogs.
- thefrogman - Frogman is my Sensei. I haunt his blog and plaster moustaches on all his kitties when he’s not looking. In response he sicks Reagan on me.
- happy2bsad - Just started following this blog and I adore it. I think so far I have reblogged about 5 things from them. I will soon turn my whole blog into happy2bsad2 - a happy2bsad cover
bandblog. - mammalingo - Melissa is a mommy that packs a huge wallop of humor. On this site she largely makes up her own parenting oriented lingo. Hilarious.
- damnthatswhack - Nate once called Cory and I the King and Queen of Tumblr. I think that I would make a horrible queen. Cory would probably have me beheaded. I’d be honored.
- anti-social-networking - Very long reads that are all incredibly hilarious and worth it. You WILL have to go to confession after reading this blog. “your friendly neighbourhood drunken pervert”
- tastefullyoffensive - I dont know the name of the person that runs this blog… but I feel like I should given the fact that I have been stalking the main blog for eons. I only recently discovered it had a tumblr off-shoot. It is going to be incredibly embarrassing for me when they realize how often I reblogged their things.
- joshishollywood - I discovered Josh a couple weeks ago and was happy to discover a genuine Tumblr Celebrity that doesn’t make you want to puke all over yourself. You will adore Josh… everyone does.
- agnesandthepursuit - An amazingly beautiful, talented, hilarious and original writer. I want to hate her. I can’t. No one can. We will all just have to pine for her instead.

Jeff here is the allstar of the tumblr pleatedjeans that is making all of our blogs feel pathetic. Jeff here is a tumblr comedy heavyweight… and guess what? This is just the cliffnote version of his real blog.
GOD DAMNIT MAN! I haven’t even gotten around to taking a shower this week and you have TWO blogs overflowing with original content? I bet you stay after class and clean the teachers erasers too, don’t yah?
His watermark has been erased off of more original posts than I’ve even made! I have just started assuming that everything on the internet was once a pleatedjeans original.

Gather around boys and girls as I share with you the reason I nearly pissed myself today.
His tumblr is called ‘anti-social-networking’.
He’s the guy you bring home to Mum and Dad if you want to guarantee that Mum and Dad have an instantaneous heart attack and all of their alcohol stolen.
Chances are you’ll never ask him to babysit your little niece, and hell, it’s probably best not to trust him with your cute little kitty either.
As long as you have your computer screen barrier to protect you you should be safe to check out some of the funniest short stories I’ve come across in a while. Such stories include:
“A letter justifying my attempt to ruin International Women’s Day”
and
“How Unhelpful I was during the Zombie Apocalypse”
So yeah… go forth and follow. I know I don’t usually recommend someone till the end of the day, but I doubt I am going to find a blog that makes me laugh as hard.
